CONFIDENCE: through Consistency
Confidence
TEACHING SERIES: “CONFIDENCE”
In theory, we all know we can be confident in our faith, and when we’re gathered together with other Christians, we often feel full of confidence. But when daily life hits, it can all drain away! How can we change that, with God’s help?
THE KEYS TO FINDING FRONTLINE CONFIDENCE: In this series we’ll be looking how to grow deep faith-confidence that lasts from Sunday into the rest of our week, and boldly join in God’s work right where we are.
This week, the fourth in our series, we will be looking at ‘Confidence through Consistent Spiritual Practices. Consistent spiritual practices can give us confidence on our
frontlines by providing a framework to structure our everyday discipleship.
SCRIPTURE:
Matthew 7:24–25 “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.”
