Elijah lived in isolation at the Kerith Ravine. What is it like to live in isolation, and how does a faith in Jesus make a difference?

Elijah had to trust in God’s daily provision of food and water. What can we learn about trusting in God’s provision Elijah? You may find it helpful to reflect on the words of Jesus’ words in Matthew 6:25-34.

Read James 5:13-18. Elijah was human, just like us, and God’s power flowed through his prayers. Do you believe in the power of prayer to make a difference in this world?
