Get Ready – Sermon Series: On the night before Jesus was crucified, He shared a meal with His disciples, and taught them to get ready for the journey ahead, to step forward as a band of disciples led by the Holy Spirit. In this series, we listen to Jesus’ words once more, learning how to walk as disciples in the whole of our lives.

This week: “5 – Don’t’ give up. Perseverance. Perseverance. Perseverance” (John 15:18-16:15) Jesus speaks of being hated, persecuted, outcasted from society as something to expect as a follower of Jesus. Is this our lived experience? With our changing culture, how do we get ready to face this? This week, we ask the question, “Am I ready for this?”
